Spinergy Xaero rear wheel pawl repair.

My Campy 10-speed Xaero wheel gave me major problems last night. The pawl system seemed to lock in the "open" position, allowing the wheel to turn (forwards and backwards), without the crank being turned. Is this something that I can fix myself and would I need new, replacement parts, or an entire cassette assembly? Need lees to say, I was left stranded 15 miles from home without a cell phone. ANY help would be appreciated.... I want to be back on the bike ASAP. TIA

They don't seem to have a repair manual. They show a schematic. http://www.spinergy.com/catalog/tech...v2.php?curid=8
Looks like a Jotech hub. http://www.novatec.com.tw/novatec/english/tec_r.php

Thanks for the quick reply. I did mange to remove the cassette body by loosening the non-drive end cap and pulling out the axle and parts. There is a ratchet shell that the pawls fit into that is attached to the hub. This pawl assembly is attached to the axle. The problem was a round clip wire that holds the pawls in the engage position when pedaling but allows them to lay flat when coasting. The wire had broken in two and this caused the pawls to lay "flat" and not engage. I called Spinergy and spoke to a real live person. The first thing that I was asked "did I hurt myself" (no, I didn't) and then he said that a replacement spring would be sent at no charge. This spring seems like it should be replaced on a regular basis, instead of it breaking, so I asked to be sent several of them. The link to the NOVATEC site was useful. Again, thanks!
