Front triple chainring problem!!
How do i adjust the front chainring shifting? It has a hard time moving up to the biggest and moving down to the smallest..Grant it I usually only ride in the middle ring but if I encounter a huge hill the shifting to the smallest ring hesitates...Thanks in advance

Sometimes triples, especially with STI shifters are tricky to get set up initially.
Go to the Park Tool website. They have a good set of detailed instructions for adjusting your front derailleur. Now here's the trick. Don't try to start in the middle or to skip any of the steps. Disconnect your shift cable, start with the position of the derailleur on the frame and go from there. That'll do it.

asuming they are shimano road grouppo, they also have some pdf's on how to adjust the drivetrain. as grouch said, you have to follow the procedure.
