How bad is this?
I am looking at a set of used Zipp's that I need some help in considering... not really well versed in everything that I need to, or should know.
Basically:
1) are they still okay to use?
2) How bad are they?
3) risk factors?
4) how much would it cost to completely replace the cassette body?
5) how much of a discount should I ask for?

What is your concern? A new cassette body costs $100.

If the cassette body is what you are worried about don't thats not bad at all kind of normal for a cassette body that has a Shimano cassette on it.
Also it can be replaced if needed later
