How Good is the Topeak D-Torq Wrench?

How useful and accurate is this electronic torque wrench? Most electronic torque wrenches are more expensive. I can buy this one for less than $150. Is it a good deal, or is there a reason it's so inexpensive for an electronic torque wrench?

In practice it's no better than the $20 wrenches from Harbor Freight. Don't waste your money.

Unless you have a jones for bling.
