Spoke tension/Wheel building
I'm currently building a set of wheels, MA3's with Surly track hubs. I have the wheel trued, but when I measure individual spokes with a tensionmeter they are *not* uniform tension. How big of a problem is this? Also, does anyknow know a tension I should aim for? (ballpark, don't need that exact...)

How much variation is there? You'll never get them so that they are exactly the same. Actually, the only thing that I use my tensiometer for is to check for equal spoke tension. After I run up the spokes initially, I check each one and adjust them so that they are all within 1/2 increment on my Wheelsmith tensiometer, then I true the wheel by tightening and loosening opposing pairs of spokes an equal amount. I assume that that's as equal as it is possible to get the spokes on a wheel.

The instructions with the Park tensiometer said that individual spoke tension could be up to 20% different from the average, which seems an awfully large variation to me. It said tensions usually were between 80 and 120 kg. If you dont have rims with eyelets I would go for about 110 kgs.

When building my wheels, I contacted the rim manufacturer for recommended spoke max tension. Maybe your rim manufacturer will also provide this information. They are the ones that should know.
