Should I worry abou these paint cracks?

I noticed these vertical cracks after a dusty ride. It feels like I could pull them back if I wanted to. Shoddy paint or something else?

If the frame is steel and the bike is a utility model, they are probably of no concern.

hardpatz, Try to look at the bottom edge of the lug to see if the metal is cracked. Use a sharp pick if need be. It looks like just the paint in the picture, but you need to be sure the lug isn't failing.
