building single speed

im buying a cannondale cad3 frame i need to know step by steo how to build from the frame and excatly what i need to buy i do have 2 moutian bikes and bmx bike so i might b able to use some of those parts ? pleae help new to building thought it would be a fun thing to do

freewheel hub can be shifted sideways by re arranging spacers on the axle, the hub then can be redished to be centered between the flanges

there are kits of spacers to use a cassette hub as is .. as a single spreed

vertical dropout frame , next step is likely a chain tensioner ..
