Finally found source of creaking noise

After: re-installing b.b. 3 times, first with lube then with copper-based anti-sieze, then added teflon tape, and re-installing crank with more grease on the bolts and the spline, re-installing front derailleur with grease, re-installing all the chainring bolts with new grease, trying different wheels and pedals, cleaning and lubing seatpost and saddle, trying different skewers, re-installing headset and stem and bars with lubes and carbon anti-sieze, lubing chain, checking brakes, lubing and re-installing water boss screws, checking cleats.......I found the source of the creak: one of the two bolts that hold the rear derailleur hanger was not quite tight! Wow, what a hassle, but at least I didn't throw any money at the problem.

Damn. Derailleur hanger bolts, that would be the last thing I would check. Good Job!
