Bent Brooks saddle and rod brake handlebar

This Raleigh is crooked. The handlebar and Brooks saddle are bent to the right side, possibly the handlebar stem also.

Can they be righted (or lefted, lifted) to make it close to original again without replacements.

The saddle may have just bent the mounting bracket that typically connects the post to the saddle rails. If the rails and springs are bent then with some brute force they can be straightened but I'd replace the connector if that is bent. They are soft steel so I suspect it is bent.

For the bars if they are steel tubing (test with a magnet) then if you can bend them back without kinking the tubing go for it. No harm there. The stem is a different matter. Toss it and get a new one. It's just not worth the risk that it is cracked or that you will crack it during straightening.

The stem, along with the bars, is bent. Replace.

The saddle frame is bent. Same.
This is Africa, 1943. War spits out its violence overhead and the sandy graveyard swallows it up. Her name is King Nine, B-25, medium bomber, Twelfth Air Force. On a hot, still morning she took off from Tunisia to bomb the southern tip of Italy. An errant piece of flak tore a hole in a wing tank and, like a wounded bird, this is where she landed, not to return on this day, or any other day.
