All my front spokes are rattling, where do I start
 

All the spokes rattle at the lightest hit from the side and when I drop the front wheel about 1/2 inch. I did the same test with my wife's front wheel and it quiet.

I had a flat on Sunday and replaced the tube, but did not ride until today. This is not the first flat I fixed, I just do not understand what happened. It was definitely not like this last Sunday when I rode 53 miles.

Even if it is a loose spoke (how do you know?) it wouldn't be all of them...I hope.

Start by checking if your quick release is on right.

I'll check the headset tomorrow, the quick release is not the problem, it was my first thought as well and I made sure it was locked properly..

It could be a loose headset. To check this, hold the handlebar with your left hand on the front brake and your right hand (fingers) touching where the fork meets the frame. Rock the bike forward/backward on the brake and feel with your fingers for relative motion between the fork and frame.

It could be a loose hub bearing. To check this, pick up the front of the bike with one hand and grasp the wheel/tire near the top. Move the tire side to side to see if it has relative motion at the hub-to-axle interface.

It could be a loose presta valve nut. To check this, first of all, if you have presta valves (not the same kind of tire valve as a car), see if there is a little knurled nut on the valve and if it's snug up against the rim.

It is very doubtful that your spokes 'rattle'. If they did, your wheel would be a floppy loose disaster that you could barely even ride.

Spokes don't rattle. It's something else like a fender, levers in the mounts or a loose headset. Or if some are actually "rattle" loose then your wheel needs serious attention right now. If you can find any spokes that are so loose that they rattle then don't ride the wheel until they are tensioned up.

As for repeating flats you want to make sure that you keep the tube in alignment with the tire and when you find the leak you landmark the tube back to the tire. Find the puncture through the tire and dig away at the puncture well enough to either find the glass or wire shard or assure yourself that there isn't anything still held in the tire to puncture a new tube. You NEVER just stick a new tube in and go. That's pretty much a recipe for another flat almost right away.

Well, if they are really loose spokes can rattle. Heaset rattles are quite a low pitch, and a loose headset can be detected as well by applying the front brake and rocking the bike fore and aft (you can feel the clunk). Other things mentioned are much higher/lighter rattles. You just need to go through the wheel and feel/tighten one by one.
