Chain issues
Whenever I'am in a certain gear ( for example lets say the front derailluer is in 2nd gear and the rear is also in second) the chain seems to rub or hit the front derailluer making a grinding noise. also when in this gear combo the chain seems to slip everytime i rotate the pedals.
The same issue occurs when the bike is in first gear and the rear derailluer is either in 1st or second and it still grinds against the front derailluer. Thats the best way to explain it and hopefully it makes sense. If so is there any tweaking i can do to it? it just had a recent tune up.
The bikes i a fuji newest 3.0 thanks!

try adjusting the low (L) strew on the front dérailleur back it off by 1/8 -1/4 turn at a time. move the cranks to see if it still hits , stop when it doesn't.

If it just had a recent tune-up take it back. If that's not convenient go to the park tool site and go through the entire derailleur adjustment procedure. The front derailleur must be at the correct height and rotation in addition to limit screw adjustments.
