is englisg threading compatible with ISO track hub
im building a fixed gear from a 1920s track frame (it is skip tooth) and i need some advice on the rear hub. i have a fixed/fixed (double sided) origin8 rear hub that i had planned to attach a 8t skip tooth cog. it is english threading and from what i gather the difference is 1.375 as to 1.370. i thought that was fine but a bikeshop at my house swore that a skip tooth cog would not be compatible with the hub soo.....
help me out, i could use some input

iso, english and BSA are the samething. One of the things to consider is that probably that 1920 track frame rear end is 110 mm wide and not 120. For sure the orgin8 hub is 120 mm, besides that and putting a track/bmx chain you should not have big problems with your project.
