UK London-hertford region, somewhere to reassemble my MO bike?

Hello all, Iím about to buy a boxed Giant Hybrid bike from ebay similar to this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...103190341&rd=1

cos im cash-strapped at the moment and I wonder if anyone can recommend a good bike shop who will reassemble and what kind of fee I should expect to pay (£20-ish?) I was gonna take it to halfords but on the phone they told me they donít do that kind of thing (though I got the impression that they would if I went to the shop personally). I have never re-assembled a bike before and do not know whether this package comes with allen keys and anything else I might need Ė is there a page somewhere with a guide to reassembling bikes (in case the instructions arenít sufficient)?

What other questions should I ask the ebay seller?
    Many thanks for reading.

I think your biggest problem is going to be the tools you need. All it might need is to twist the fork around and tighten the head set. I guess the front and rear mech are possibly fitted but for shipping purposes, the rear mech might be cabled-up but removed from the chain stay to prevent damage in transit. If you have a reasonable tool kit of conventional items you'll be able to assemble it upto a point but in the absence of any specialist tools necessary you might need to give it to your lbs. I think £20 to assemble it is a bit on the low-side, especially as the mechs will probably need to be setup properly. You might need to see what it looks like out of the box and from there you'll soon see what work/setup is necessary. I might be wrong, but there are few out of the box bikes that are up and running in 5 minutes.
If your bollocks ain't sore, yer ain't on yer boike!
