New Frame - BB30 vs English 68 & crank compatibility

I'm looking to replace my current road frame. Plan on using as much of my existing components as I can.
Currently running ~ 92 8spd Campy Ergo; I'll be converting to 9speed Ergo (acquired 9spd ergo for a good price).

Looks more and more like I'll be getting a cheap Chinese carbon frame ( yes I know...).
Should I go with a BB30 for the future?
If you go w/ a BB30 and want to use my existing 8spd Campy crank I realize I'll need to use an adapter such as:
https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=44067
Is this adapter removeable from a carbon frame down the road?

Better to commit to a new BB30 crank?
Will about any decent crank work well enough with Campy 9spd?
Life has me on a budget; If I find a used FSA, Truvativ, or ? on Ebay will a 3rd party crank work well with the Campy 9spd?

The adapter is removeable. It makes NO sense to upgrade to 9 speed campy from 8,you'll be replacing rear hub, cassette, chain, cranks, shifters already. Go 10 or 11. You'll want a campy 9 speed crank if you're going to run 9 speed. BB30 compatible ultra torque cups are only available for 10/11 speed cranksets. 9 was still square taper, so you'll need the FSA adapter.

If you're on a budget, then don't upgrade. 1 gear isn't worth the expense, value wise.
