Rear derailer needs adjustment after new wheel installation?

I just upgraded my 5 year old Ksyrium Equipes to the 2010 American Classic 420 Aero's and my chain seems to be slipping or something every few minutes. Shifting seems fine as I have yet to miss a shift.

Is this a B screw adjustment issue or a barrel adjustment issue? I'm using the same cassette as before on the same DA 7700 derailer.

Probably a barrel adjuster and possibly also a limit screw problem. The cassette is likely to be positioned just a bit away, either further in or further out, from it's location relative to the derailleur on the old freehub body. Hubs will vary slightly ant they aren't that precisely the same.

If tweeking the barrel adjuster doesn't bring the desired results I'd start with the basics and make sure everything is right. For me I'd start with the hanger and make sure it is aligned and of course you've likely made sure the wheel is seated properly and the chain and cassette are not worn - right? A complete from the beginning derailer adjustment and a check or replacement of cable and housings if necessary and if that doesn't take care of it a new bike will distract you until this age old problem appears on it as well.
