installing derailleurs
I'm doing a "reverse conversion"! after riding my Salsa Casseroll fixed for a few years, I want to try it as a geared bike. I'm putting a Tiagara RD, Ultegra FD and Shimano bar end shifters on - all parts I picked up along the way. My question is which derailleur do I set up first? I've been looking uat different sites and videos on this, but not sure if it matters that I do either the FD or RD first. I'm a relative noob at this, but am fairly mechanically inclined. Any tips from any of you pros out there??

doesn't matter. you'll only adjust them after installing a chain.

I like to get the rear set up first. That way you can easily shift across the whole cogset and check for chainrub when you're setting up the front.
