    Campy rear deraileur

    Will a 10 speed rear deraileur work with an 11 speed set up?

    11 speed shifters, chain, and cass.

    I have never tried this, but there is a good possibility that it will work, unless they changed the amount of deraileur pull for each shifter click between the 10 and 11 speed deraileur.

    I suppose if I asked why do you need 11 , I'd get a Nigel Tufnel type answer..

    The pull ratios are different, but you can use a modified cable fixing bolt and washers to increase travel:
