Shimano RD Question

I'm running 10 spd. Chorus QS levers with a modified SRAM X9 RD (9 spd. cassette). This is my daVinci's original configuration. I'm loosing patience waiting for daVinci to come up with an X9 RD modified for 10 spd. I've decided to use a Jtek Shiftmate, but need a Shimano RD - largest cog 32, Chain wrap 39. It looks like a Deore XT RD-M772-SGS would do the trick. Would appreciate confirmation and/or suggestion of an alternate RD.

For the inquiring minds: 11-32 10 spd has much better spacing in the lower gears than 11-32 9 spd. On the tandem we're only working with a usable range of cadence from 86-93 (overlap between captain and stoker) so the move to 10 spd. would really help. I'm hopeful we'll be able at some point to get by with a 28t large cog, but we're not getting any younger even with our "24t" chain ring.

The shimano RD will work just fine with the proper shiftmate.
