Chain rubs against the derailleur plate.

My road bike with 2x8=16 speed, how to figure out the problem about the chain rubs against the derailleur plate every time when I shift to the last three bigger cogs? Thanks!

Pics while it's in one of those gears would help with a diagnostic... One pic from above looking at the crank, chain, cassette and one from behind looking at the cassette/derailleur...
