Shimano 105 flight deck fix! I need help. Stuck shifters!

Shimano 105 flight deck fix! I need help. Stuck shifters!
A few days ago (on a ride) I went to switch from my small sprocket up front to my big one for a little more power going downhill. I went to push in the brake lever (to shift) and it made a loud clicking noise and stuck pointing inward. I can push brake lever back out to the side and ride in my granny gears fine (shifting on the back sprocket with no problem), which is how I had to finish my ride. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Every time you push it in it snaps inwards and sticks. No fluid smooth shifting motion what so ever. This was not something that seemed to happen over time. It just happened. HELP ME!
