I have put 105 7-speed shifters on the DT bosses on my Peugeot, but they are 'double-jointed' - i.e. they can move beyond parallel to the DT, and face forward towards the front wheel. They don't 'lock out' at the correct position parallel to the DT.
I am sure I have done something stupid when I screwed them on.... anyone know what it might be? Am I missing a washer somewhere perhaps....? Thanks in advance, as always.
