Jagwire Sleek Red Zone Road Pad

How do these pads compare to the KS salmon? The LBS has these. My buddy doesn't want to spend extra $ for shipping with the KS salmon.

I've had good success using them, but it's hard to compare pads unless you have them side by side because there are too many other variables.
