off-center play or movement in suspension seat post
I've noticed that my suspension seat post has alot of "play" where it easy moves left (counterclockwise) and right (clockwise) off center - about 10 degrees in each direction. At the base of the post where it meets the frame and the seat post clamp there is no movement. Does the post need to be replaced or is there some hidden fastener, perhaps in the rubber part of the post suspension that just needs tightening. Thanks

Constant tinkerer
I had a suspension seat post that had play in it. That's just how it was. I didn't like it, replaced with a rigid post.
