Nitto North Road handlebar

Hope this is the right forum to post this.

Questions about the Nitto North Road ALLOY Handlebar B352AA (I believe the specs are different for the steel):

1. What is the the length of the useable grip area? (up to the point where it starts to curve)

2. What is the angle of the bend?

3. How is the angle of the bend measured? Is it from the flat portion at the front going back? Meaning 15 degrees would be very slightly bent back.

4. Any other suggestions for a bar very close to these specs?
-- Width 22" (560mm)
-- Center of clamp to end of grip (measured along the top tube) about 6"-7"
-- Bend 60-70 degrees
-- Rise not so important

Thanks very much for your help.
