Squeaking from ... somewhere... drive train? Hub?
It sounds like my rear wheel is squeaking, though only under torque; I can't get a stethascope in there to pinpoint it because the bike has to be under torque ... maybe if I had a bike stand and a rubber band to put moderate rear braking pressure on, I could simulate riding on the ground, but then I get brake noise....
Do I need to inject chain lube somewhere? In the crank? Into the cassette? Hub? Derailleur? I've only oiled my chain...

Great, none of that looks specific enough, but perhaps it's the entire (!) chain squeaking, or a loose freehub/cassette. It seemed regular, and continuous, but pulsed... so it could be the chain squeaking all over.
Aside, my chain looks EXTREMELY SHINY today, like there's no dirt, dust, crud, or lubrication of any sort present ... somehow it got ultimately clean. The only thing I use is White Lightning ....

Definitely try adding more lube to the chain. I once went to the LBS with my then new 2nd bike to tell them that the bike is squeaking. It turned out that I applied too little lube. I wasn't even a complete newbie then!

You'd be suprised at how a squeaky or creaking seat post and saddle can sound like it's coming from the rear wheel. Try standing up and drive the pedals to see if it goes away.
