bottom bracket compatible?

I am going to change my cranks from Truvativ Rouleur 53/39 to shimano ultegra compacts. can I use the same bottom bracket? thanks

Need more detail, Truvitiv could be square taper, ISIS or GXP, Ultegra could be square taper, Octalink or HT2
