    brake reach

    im looking at tektro r730 long reach calipers and they say its 47-57mm

    not sure if that will work with mine?


    im running 700c rims with a frame built for 27 inch wheels

    Reach is measured from the brake bolt to the center of the rim's braking track. Put your wheel in the fork and measure. No great precision is needed, since hopefully you're not working to the last millimeter.
