Nitto Olympiade Grip Diameter

Anyone know the grip diameter of the old Nitto Olympiade handlebars? I'm guessing it's 23.8, but some of those older road bars are 22.2 and I need some new brake levers.

My Nitto Universiade bars are 23.6 according to my calipers...
