Brake shoes & pads.

Hi all,
I have posted before about having difficulty with finding the right stuff for replacing my brakes. I have Shimano Sora brakes and have just bought some Kool Stop and was wounder if these brake shoes will work and fit everything together, also, are they quality?
Thanks

If you bought the right part, then they would fit. Kool Stop manufactures many different types of pads (cartridges and inserts).

Buy stuff at the LBS and you can try it on before you buy it.

A feature Ebay/Amazon cannot offer..

The "brake shoes" you referenced are Shimano holders with included pad inserts and they will replace the fixed shoes on your Sora brakes. When the pads that come with the holders are worn out you can replace just the pads with the Kool Stop inserts you also referenced.

+1, if you already bought the inserts, buy the Shimano pad/holder combination ,
and use them as they come, and you already have the replacements.

or toss out the Shimano inserts, buying them just to get the Shimano holder.

Naah. Current Shimano brake pads are pretty decent and should be used. When they are worn, replace them with the Kool Stops and use them thereafter.
