1998 Shimano RSX brake pads

Bought the wrong pads for my RSX brakes. Serpas BPS100 doesn't fit since there is a threaded collar that doesn't fit the slot of the caliper. Need a replacement that fits. Wasted $30 and the LBS is 40 miles away.

Bike is a 98 Cannondale R200.

While there is a better option for brake pads later, I want to ride today, so, I took the Serfas pads apart, and cut the threaded insert flush with the body of the brake pad holder. Reassembled and am headed out to make adjustments and hopefully, get in a good ride.
