Ultegra FD with Sram Red shifters

I have read in posts on this forum that an Ultegra 6600 FD can be used with Sram Red shifters.

Is there any specific way that the cable needs to be run to get this to work?

What are the steps involved in setting this up?

Thanks,

Peter

The FDs have the same cable pull, so nothing special is required.
