Shimano Sora Triple

I've a fairly new bike that has the Shimano Sora triple for a front derailleur. Recently, I can't get it into the smallest chainring. I did what I could by resetting cable tension and by adjusting the inner limit screw. It looks like all is good. In fact, I'm able to push the derailleur over by hand without much effort and get it to work. It spins fine and it seems it is adjusted right. I lubed the spring but that didn't help. Whats next?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Sounds like there is friction between the cable and housing, which is overcoming the force of the FD spring as it tries to get itself into the inner position. Try adding some light oil/lube in the housing. If the housing and cables are old or damaged, it may be time to replace them.
