Feeling "uncentered" since SPD install
I have no other way to explain it. My body feels as if it is slightly to the left. My feet, when clipped, look like they have similar spacing between the shoe and the crankarm.
Could this be a cleat adjustment? I think it is, but I just got the cleats feeling right and do not want to unnecessarily monkey.

People are not symetrical and it's common to have one foot angled in or out a different amount than the other. You should adjust the cleat rotation, longitudinal and lateral position to get the proper comfortable feeling, not to have them visually equal.
