Should I replace this quill stem?

It is a nitto delux it was in a crash. It seems solid however there are some marks on the post that are of concern.

I should have added that the post was inserted right at the marks that were left.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Just looks like normal use marks. Clean / polish it to make sure there's no crack, but it looks OK to me.

^^ What he said. Those marks look like the normal interface marks where the stem wes inserted before.
