Ultegra shifters with Dura Ace crank

I have a complete Ultegra 6700 set on a Gunnar Roadie. The crank is a compact 50X34. I would like to change the crank from the Ultegra to a Dura Ace 7900. I plan to also use a Dura Ace 7900 FD. Will the Ultegra shifters be compatible with the 7900 crank?
I started riding my bike to get healthy. Now I try to stay healthy so I can ride my bike.

    Correct.

FWIW, my CX bike has DA 7800 shifters, Ultegra 6500 crank, and a RSX ??00 front derailler. Shifts like a dream.
