Campy 1-1/8" Record Threadless Headset Question

I've sent my frame in for a respray and figured I'd do some parts maintenance. I noticed that the crown race had some pitting. I haven't examined the corresponding pressed in race cause it was still attached to the frame but I figure that it probably has some pitting as well.

I can't seem to find a Record 1-1/8" fork crown race for the Record Threadless Headset. Record Hiddenset crown race yes. Branford Bikes looks to have the bearings and the lower pressed in race.

Anyone know where I can find this fork crown race or can I use the Hiddenset fork crown race?

Thanks!

Is this a pressed in external headset type, or integrated?

if pressed in, you should have removed it before sending it off for paint.

the painter may just paint it in place.

Given you are not finding Campag parts from Italy or now, also, Romania,
Consider fitting one of Chris King's headsets when it comes back.
those parts come from Portland Oregon.

I've got a couple of thoughts on replacement

1. Another Campy Record Threadless headset
2. Chris King NoThreadset w/GripLock
3. Cane Creek 110 EC34

The 110 is getting good reviews & seems to be on a par with the King headsets. Plus the Cane Creek is made in NC.
