Suspension Fork Maintenance
I have a InSync 323 suspension fork on the front of my Trek 4300's. I can't find any maintenance instructions. IOW, i want to know how to lube it etc. Anyone know who makes this inexpensive fork? Thanks.

323. I think it basically is just an adjustable Spring, but I am not the kind to tear stuff apart without literature.
Anyone know who makes this fork? How about what type of maintenance is required? Thanks for any help.
