help identifying a free hub

I have a Vuelta wheel set that has a worn out free hub that I'd like to identify. I realize that Vuelta wheel sets are pretty cheap but these have sealed bearings and have held up quite well after several thousand miles. For the price they've been rock solid and if I can pick up free hub to extend their life further than it seems a smart decision.

It has 10 splines that are approximately .972 inches (24.68mm) across
The thread hole is approximately .672 inches (17.07mm) across
The bearings that fits into the hub and the free hub are NBK 6000-2RS

Any ideas?
Thanks
John
