Campagnolo Cranks that are Left Hand Threaded

I hope this isn't too confusing, but I have an early '90s Cinelli that has the left hand threaded non-drive side Record cranks and need to remove them, short of buying the specific crank arm extractor, how else can I remove them?

Also, on these left hand threaded cranks, is the pedal going to be reverse threaded or will they be reverse-reverse threaded ie: normal?

I have found a left hand threaded extractor for $40 on the 'bay but I just don't want to spend the bucks because removing the cranks is not going to happen too often. Here is the auction:

Those cranks were originally had a self-extracting cap & bolt. They were threaded left handed to prevent the cap from backing out when you extracted the crank arm. If the right side crank is right hand threaded, you have a mismatched set of cranks. You 3 choices are buy the tool, find an original Campy self extractor cap, or rent a gear puller.
Finding a left hand threaded self extractor is a long shot, and a gear puller will probably damage the crank. I'd buy the tool.
The pedal socket is threaded left hand on a left crank, unless it was originally the right side of a tandem set.
