Tube Doesn't fit??? WTF Please help.

I just ordered a bike tube (three actually, one if flat), and someone told me to get this size for this wheel and it doesn't seem to fit. What the hell??? I have included photos of

the bike tube dimensions - 700x25
https://www.flickr.com/photos/2803858...ream/lightbox/

the bike rim dimensions (on rim says 622 13,5)
https://www.flickr.com/photos/2803858...ream/lightbox/

and the extra space of tube poking out WTF these were sort of expensive and this was too.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/2803858...ream/lightbox/

Someone help me out here.

Also I need links on changing tubes tires which I will prob find on own bloody hell. This sucks.

You have too much air in the tube! Let some out and it will fit.

nope. negative. The one tube with the tire on has zero air in it. it's completely flat and it over extends that amount.

That one has a shrader valve (like a car tire). Make sure it fits the valve hole drilled in your rim.

All your pictures show a tube that's got lots of air in it (incl. the one that's mostly inside the tire). I agree with kidd - let the air out and it'll fit. Then do the inflating after you have the tire mounted properly on the rim.

I agree with the above comments. Open the valve while you install the tube so any air can escape.

The tubes you have will fit. You have a bit too much air in the tube and are stretching the tube as you install it, causing you to have excess.

i think i would compare the two tubes with NO air in them. that should make it clear if there is or is not a problem.
