Which spoke wrench
Ive got 3 spoke wrenches but lately I've worked on a couple wheels with heavy duty spokes, I think 10 gauge. Which park tool spoke wrench will fit

are you sure it 10 gauge and not 14 gauge ? which is 2 MM and you need to use the park "red " spoke wrench if the nipples are smaller then usually it the black one like for DT spokes . The red one is use on Japanese 's wheel .

Park used to make spoke wrenches for heavy duty spokes and nipples 12g and heavier. They were color coded yellow and blue. But these size spokes are very rare these days, so start by confirming which size your wheels are.
Then you need to understand that spoke wrenches don't fit the spokes, but the nipples. Y=it's an important distinction because for example the same brand of nipple for 14g and 15g spokes will use the same wrench, but different brands of nipples for the same size spoke, say 14g (the most common by far) use different keys because the wrench flats aren't the same. That's why there are 3 common sizes of spoke wrenches for 14g nipples. They're obviously similar, but different enough that the wring wrench will have a sloppy fit and round off the flats the same way a slightly oversize open-end wrench will round off a nut.
I have an assortment of spoke wrenches and always use whichever has the tightest fit on the nipples regardless of whether it's the "right" one.

I have the 127 for dt and the 130
And 136 from spin doctor and they are to small. The wheels I was working on was from an old Schwinn tandem. Also I have seen several of these wheels on 50's cruisers they are pretty common. The spokes are very thick looks like 10 gauge so the nipple are larger.

We even got a recent Huffy Cranbrook in the shop that has thick nips. Gotta drive 'em with the 10 on that Avenir wrench.
