Can't Diagnose This Problem

Can't Diagnose This Problem
I have a 2010 Trek 1.2 and it was inspected, and the inspection was followed up by a tune-up at the LBS, which included my wheels being re-trued. It has been about two weeks and I am noticing a problem--when I ride (mainly when I coast) it feels like both of my tires are flat/out of true. However, I have checked and they are neither out of true or flat. I cannot seem to diagnose this problem.
I'd post pictures but they would do not good. The only thing that came to mind was the wheels might need to be re-tensioned, but I am not sure. Have any of you had this problem? Also, It's worth noting that when I ride bare-handed (I only did it to see what was wrong) the bars shake and wobble, despite true wheels and proper adjustment.
I would like to fix the problem myself if it's possible. If not, I'll just take it back to the bike shop.

Are either of the hubs loose and/or poorly adjusted?

Also make sure the front skewer is tight and the headset is free of play..Spin the front tire and look to see of there are any obvious hops. Also as HillRider mentioned, pick the front tire off the ground, grab the tire and see if the wheel moves laterally (side to side); check the rear the same way..

You mentioned retensioning as a possibility. When you pluck the spokes do they sound uniformly loose?

If it's only been a couple of weeks since the tune up and inspection, take it back and explain the issue. In my experience, they'll be happy to look at the bike and make it right for free.
