Campagnolo Centaur Parts Compatability

Hello: I broke my left shifter (the plastic upshifter piece underneath the brake blade) the other day and I am looking for a replacement for it. Before I buy it I wanted to know if anyone of you would tell me if what I am looking to get is compatible with what I already have:

The setup is several years old (4-5??) and I have this:
FRONT DERAILLEUR
Campagnolo Record
REAR DERAILLEUR.
Campagnolo Centaur
SHIFT LEVERS
Left: Campagnolo Centaur QS
Right: Campagnolo Mirage 10 Speed
CASSETTE
Miche 13/26 10 speed
CRANKSET
Campagnolo Ultra Torque Mirage 39/53 Double 172.5mm

I was looking to replace both shifters with Campy Centaur 10 Carbon Ergolever powershift 10s ( https://www.amazon.com/Campy-Centaur-.../dp/B004WMP0YS )

Can anyone tell me if this is straight swap, or do I have to change any other parts.

Also, maybe someone can recommend something in its place that may be better, more cost efficient, etc..

Not sure if this is important, but just a bit of history: Originally both shifters were Centaur, but Right shifter broke last year, and I had a spare Mirage laying around and it seems to work at the time. But the left one broke the other day, and i cant upshift in the front, so I figure I replace both with something good.

You know these levers can be repaired and rebuilt at reasonable cost? In Canada, la Bicicletta does a great job. In the U.S., your go-to is Branford Bike.

The 10-speed Centaur shifters should be a drop-in replacement for recent 10-speed Ergopowers, regardless of model.

But conspiratemus1 has a point, the part EC-CH429 is only about $30 here or even cheaper from the UK. However, you may have to do the repair yourself or the labor may eat into your savings. Really, you're comparing parts+labor to repair a used item to the $232 for a new shifter + right spare. Sometimes it makes more sense to get a new set if you cannot/will not do the repair yourself (which isn't terribly hard at all so I recommend it).

Yeah, they're not like bloody STIs. Ergos are sensibly designed. If you're lucky, you might already have the necessary spares on hand.

IIRC (it's been a while), the only tricky thing about overhauling Ergos is a left-hand thread.

Thank you!! I appreciate your input a lot! i did not know individual pieces for shifters are sold like this, and I dont mind doing repair myself at all.. You mentioned part EC-CH429.. will it fit my centaur qs? Reason why I ask is because the description for the link you provided reads specifically " 04 chorus". If not, where do i find a proper part number for my shifters?

As long as it's not an Escape shifter (QS was a front derailleur ratio change used on both conventional ergo and Escape mechanisms that came around the same time Centaur/Veloce got the messed up Escape design so people understandably get "QS" and "Escape" confused).

Also FWIW the Campagnolo web site has the spare parts catalogs dating back to the early 1990s which is great for figuring things like this out. For instance in 2006 (note the CH part number) Chorus and Centaur (except for the Century Grey finish) used exactly the same front shift lever.
