Mavic Askium Freehub Removal Help

Everything I've seen says it's as simple as inserting a 5mm hex in the drive side and a 10mm hex in the non drive, however the non drive side does not accept a 10mm hex. If anyone could provide instructions it would be much appreciated.

I've gotten the freehub off, now how do I get to the bearings?
