artek disc caliper adjustment?

Can someone explain how to adjust the caliper's inner moving pad? The rotor rides on it, just at the very top which makes it seem like the caliper or rotor is angled very slightly and not sitting straight. Trying to figure out how to adjust it so it does not rub and the rotor is straight. I messed with the wheel and trying to mount it so it was straight but that leads to the same result. I hear there are ways to move both caliper pads in and out and also adjust the angle of the caliper itself but not sure how that's done.

Any tips?

Thanks

I think I figured it out by watching a youtube vid. Loosen the caliper bolts, hold brakes shut, then tighten. Too simple. I should've searched first but oh well. I do have another question. Are the pads in the caliper replaceable? Not sure if there are specific kinds or are they universal sizes?
