Is my hub stripped? (Pictures)
Well this is kind of embarrassing but I have no shame. Went to skid stop and felt the pedal cranks slip (backwards? forwards? unsure), which is how I stripped my last hub. I dismounted, eventually got the cog and lockring off, and I can't really tell just by looking if its stripped again. Obviously a way to tell would be to tighten them back up and see if I'm able to skid stop but I'd rather try to tell now.
I included the picture of my cog because I used it on my old hub too before it stripped. I'm wondering if I should get a new one?
Thank you kindly for the replies.

From the picture it looks like only the last 3 ½ threads on the hub are good. The threads in the cog are made of a harder material and they look fine. I would say you need a new hub.

Might want to consider a freewheel singlespeed setup? And brakes, of course.
