Multi-purpose adapter........fot my bike?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrNsB7cYPFM

Does anyone know if this adapter will fit into the end of my handlebars?

PS:- title should say "fit" my bike, not "fot".

It may fit in the end of your handle bars but you can't install it like they are doing in the video.
