If you can't get the brakes to stop squealing, I'd suggest Kool Stop Dual Compound pads. They squeal less they any pad I've ever used.
The toe in corrected most of my problems. thanks for the help. I only get a slight RRRRRR noise when coming to a complete stop weird the front docent make any noise.

My shop is in a college town with 18,000 students. Every single day I work on BD bikes and Walmart bikes as well as other internet purchases. I'm sorry you are offended by facts, but what I stated is true: the low end BD bikes are only slightly better than Walmart's "nicer" offerings. My shop repairs around 40-50 bikes a week. We are quite familiar with the spec of these bikes.

Well I like my bike a lot it's light it provides nice shifts and is perfect for riding around the neighborhood with the kids.
