Freewheel tool for '82 Shimano 600

Please advice me which tool to buy for the freewheel shown.
(Bonus points for telling me which tools I need for the matching Shimano 600 bottom bracket in my 1982 Miyata 912).

This is similar to the one I use to use for that back in the day. Just make sure you secure it in place with the QR skewer before trying to remove.

And that Bottom Bracket should be standard ball and cup style so Park HCW-4 and HCW-5 should take care of that.

The bottom bracket almost certainly uses a standard combination of hook spanner and pin tool for the left (adjustment) side, and the fixed side is (was) darn near universal:
