American Classic makes a nice 10s cassette for Shimano hubs (only $65 at glory cycles I think). Wheels Manufacturing makes one for $125.

The American Classic cassettes are cheap and good quality from what I hear, but only available in ratios 11-23, 12-23, 12-25.
